Breakfast is limited to two choices, an omelette or fried eggs, each with two slices of toast and marmalade. There’s no butter, and you can get tea or instant coffee. I’d choose somewhere else to stay.

There was a lot of noise in the house at night. One afternoon while we were sleeping, a staff member came into our room without knocking to look at a small stone that had fallen onto the roof below. She didn’t apologize or even knock first. The room cost 140.000 kip. I also believe money was taken very discreetly from my backpack. If you stay here, keep valuables out of the room, or better, stay elsewhere.

The morning view from the hotel was amazing, with clouds around the mountains.

Clean place, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for the price.

The staff were nice, and VIMAN VANG VIENG Thai-German Restaurant, the best restaurant in Vang Vieng, is right next door.
