The parking is at the back and only fits two cars. The access road is in really bad shape and should be paved, otherwise you can try finding street parking out front. The room itself was very clean, with a nice shower, and the internet worked well. Rooms are nice but small. Breakfast was good, though the eggs were cold because they weren’t kept in the warmer. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was the best place we stayed at for the price during two weeks and six different places. The rooms are nice and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the location is central. Make sure to book online, since paying cash on arrival costs a lot more. It was about 150k more than another place I stayed at in VV a few weeks earlier, but the difference was huge. I won’t make the mistake of going too cheap again. The extra $6-7 was well worth it.

Great value for money, with decent facilities for the price. The only downside is that there are many Koreans.

I was traveling alone and stayed here for three nights in late Sep-2025. On the second day I noticed 600 US dollars missing from my bag and reported it to reception. They showed me fast-forward CCTV footage of the passageways from the previous day and that day, but it didn’t establish anything. There are two ways into and out of the room, the main door and another glass door, which may be how they do it. On the third day, after returning from a local trip, I found that more dollars were gone. At first I wondered if the money had gone missing while I was traveling to Vang Vieng, but the second loss happened in the room. I became certain the hotel staff had taken my money both times. When I confronted the manager, she got very angry, said no money was stolen, accused me of making up stories, and claimed I had come with an agenda to frame them. I asked for my money back and offered to leave peacefully, but they accused me of lying. When I threatened to call the police, she confidently said the police would take their side and nothing good would come of it. I was alone, had very little time on my last day, and couldn’t take them on by myself, especially after hearing I’d get no legal help. The woman manager was the only person who saw me with dollars when I paid for my stay in cash. Given her behavior and the counteraccusations, I’m very certain she was behind this. I also found many reviews from other guests saying money had been stolen from their rooms. After what happened, I went through the reviews. They seem expert at opening suitcase locks, both zipper and regular locks, then putting them back so it looks like nothing happened. My locks had been opened that way. Don’t stay here. Your money and valuables aren’t safe, and the woman manager is absolutely shameless. I hope karma brings her the justice she deserves. They ruined my trip as a solo traveler and affected the rest of my two-week holiday. Luckily, they didn’t take my laptop or tablet. I hope this doesn’t happen to you. If you stay anyway, be extremely careful and do so at your own risk. Also, breakfast is very basic. They remove it at closing time without asking whether you want anything else, and the AC didn’t cool properly.
