The location was okay, near the Thai embassy though outside the main area. But at 850k/1,500 thb, I can't recommend this place. The room photos look either heavily edited or at least 10 years old. I paid extra for a “deluxe” king room. It was large, but the furniture was badly dated, the TV was in an odd spot, and an old-looking cable box wasn't even connected. The outlets only had two prongs, so bring an adapter for a three-prong device. The one decent part was the bed. There were problems everywhere else. The sink wouldn't drain, so I had to brush my teeth in the shower. One bedside drawer was full of empty pumpkin seeds, which was disgusting. I forgot to take a picture. The bathroom floor stayed wet from a leak. Breakfast was the final letdown: oily fried rice, cheap sausage sticks, a few watermelon slices, rice porridge, and mixed fried vegetables, but no eggs. I've had much better breakfasts at two-star hotels and hostels. I checked out as soon as I saw it.

A typical tourist hotel in Vientiane, and a good fit for a few days. The Thai Embassy is right across the road, which makes it convenient for visa runs.

This is a basic hotel, like the other review said. Breakfast is included, and they have transportation and the usual accessories. Its location near the Thailand Embassy makes it good value for the money.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rest of the room was okay. At a little over 1,000 Thai baht per night, the price seemed fair for a three-star hotel, not too expensive. The refrigerator in the room was dirty, which shocked me, and the old bathroom and toilet looked a bit dirty too. It's just opposite the Thai embassy.

If you're coming to Vientiane for a visa run, this place is very convenient, just meters from the Thai Embassy. There's plenty nearby: Korean and Thai food, a food stand, grocery stores on the same street, and an Indian restaurant one street over. Amazing food, and a hairdresser just past that restaurant. It was very quiet, and the small room issues we had were always taken care of. The price felt a little high for a room without a kettle or coffee. Breakfast was included, and there was enough to eat, but the coffee was basically brown water.
