For 300k, this was a nice, clean place to stay. I can't say the same about some other places I've stayed that cost 400k or more. Good to see them taking care of the rooms and property, since older places like this are often left to fall apart.
The beds were comfortable and the showers had good hot and cold water. I'd stay here again.
The room was cheap, but there's plenty that could be improved.
No smoking at 5:30 am... yep, this is Laos.
You can only get WiFi near the reception desk.
