I left after just two hours because I couldn’t handle the conditions. The room and bathroom were dirty and badly in need of maintenance, and even the old bed covers and hand tissues were dirty. It was very hot, with no AC or fans, and the hospitality was poor. The staff were tough to deal with. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The beds are falling apart, and an online booking doesn’t guarantee you a spot. I’d only stay here if it were my absolute last option for a night in Baalbek. It’s a hostel that seems to have been getting by on backpackers and budget tourists.

For the price, this is a pleasant, very clean basic hotel, and the service was excellent. I’d probably ask for a room away from the Main Street.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was great. You’re right by the Temples, which makes the location perfect.

For 20$ a night, this is a clean, cozy and humble place to stay. It’s close to Baalbek temple and the souk.
