San Stephano Resort

The main problem during my otherwise pleasant stay at San Stephano was noise. Kids were outside playing as late as 3:00 AM, and the staff’s early morning cleaning added more disruption. I raised the noise with reception, but nothing effective was done. The hotel was clean, facilities were good, and staff were generally polite and helpful. Better noise control and a more responsive handling of guest concerns would improve the stay.

I’m glad they’re renovating the salty pool in the other building, which had always bothered me. I loved having a deep pool, though, and now they’ve made the entire OG san stephano pool shallow. I’m happy the salt is gone, but did the whole pool really need to be shallow?

Great for kids, and the location is excellent. I’ve been coming here with my family at least once every year. One of the best hotels in Batroun.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped, and the supervisor was really nice. The woman at reception during check-in wasn’t great 🙃. It’s expensive, and they only take cash.
