Koussay does a lot on his own to keep the swimming pool clean, safe, and enjoyable. He even arranged a couple’s proposal by the pool, taking care of every detail with creativity and care. That was impressive. He deserves a 10/10.

We spent four days and three nights there with my family, and had a great time. The rooms and pool were very clean, the service was great, and the pool was comfortable with an amazing view. There was no charge to use it. We didn’t try breakfast, but it cost an extra $6 per person. I’d recommend the place and look forward to coming back.

The staff were all really sweet and nice, but I wouldn’t come back. The rooms were okay, though they need renovation and don’t feel worthy of a four-star rating. Breakfast wasn’t bad, but the choice was limited and it didn’t feel worth what we paid. I was surprised the pool wasn’t included in the room price and cost $10 per person. They didn’t clean the room on the first night, even though we told the front desk. After the second night, they cleaned it but ate a huge portion of our food. I wouldn’t have minded if they’d only taken a little. There was no Wi-Fi either, which is crazy. It wasn’t a good experience.

We spent a week moving between Beverly chain hotels, and the whole stay went smoothly. From the front desk through management, everyone was great, especially madam Nivine, who helped point us from Elite and Duroy to Beverly Beach Hotel in Jounieh. Thanks for a lovely stay. I’d strongly recommend Beverly Chain.
