Hayali Suites

Carol at reception was the one bright spot. She’s lovely. The hotel reception area itself is dark and gloomy, though, and the location may not suit you. It’s hard to get around on foot, and the streets are poorly lit, one-way, and feel scary at night, with cars appearing from nowhere. We had to use a phone flashlight to see the ground. The room looked bigger in the picture, and the sofa was too short for me to lie down on. There’s a washing machine, but no detergent, so bring your own. Wi-Fi was very poor too. Whenever I locked my phone screen, I had to log in again with the username and password.

The rooms are good and clean, but the customer service and price handling were so bad. We booked for a week based on their special offer, then when we arrived they changed what they had said because they moved us to a different room. I also repeatedly asked them not to enter our room and put the sign on the door, but they went in anyway and then lied about it. This place used to be good, but it isn’t anymore. Such a disappointment.

Dany gave great service and made for a great experience. The hotel is convenient and well located. I recommend it!

The rooms are spacious and fully equipped, and the price is very reasonable. It’s clean, peaceful, and really quiet, with a perfect location. The staff are polite and helpful. I’d highly recommend it for families.
