Run away from this place! From the moment we arrived, it was one mess after another. Rates changed, they played tricks on us, and every interaction felt like an attempt to swindle us. There was no room service or cleaning as promised. Changing sheets or towels cost extra, and there was no parking. The view looked out onto a slum, the walls were damp, and the place was dated. They offered no solutions and wouldn’t have a proper conversation. It was take it or leave it. We’ve never been fooled like this before. Stay away!

The worst experience. Staff behaved badly, and prices seemed to vary from person to person, as if they were being kept exclusive.

I called to reserve a room and was quoted $75, though the website showed $50. Maybe the person was trying to cheat the owners, or maybe the owners have some odd policy of charging cash customers more.

Very poor communication and rude behavior.

Very old, with poor service. The employees weren’t welcoming or well trained. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
