Caesar's Park Hotel

Some of the common areas and parts of my room didn’t seem properly maintained during my stay, and the cleanliness fell short of what I’d consider acceptable. When I tried to sort out basic issues, staff sometimes came across as unfriendly and unhelpful, making things harder than they should’ve been. My personal experience was well below reasonable expectations. The service, attention to detail and general upkeep didn’t feel in line with what I’d expect from a professionally run hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It’s good value, with quiet rooms, which isn’t something you find everywhere in Beirut. The bathroom is OK, the room is clean, and the receptionist helps with small issues. Everything was fine for me. Just keep your expectations realistic, this isn’t luxury, and you may like it here.

This was a very stressful, disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. I’d booked one night on Booking.com for about 38 USD and arrived at the proper check-in time, but the hotel said the date was wrong and wanted 86 USD for a room. I was given part of my change from 100 USD in Lebanese Lira, which I couldn’t use since I was leaving the country right away. Breakfast was included in my booking, but they refused it, saying the restaurant was separately managed and charged extra. The room also felt unsafe because the door only locked from inside. It had no basic things like tissues, the air conditioning was poor, and the water was extremely salty.

A great little stay. Mohamad and Abbas at reception were kind and helpful, and Ahmad Arar the billboy was especially nice.
