When we arrived, the hotel was overbooked. We had warned them we might be late, but they just said they were full. The staff were arrogant, made no apology, and offered no solution. They also refused to cancel the booking from their end.

4/10
The rooms are spacious, and the staff are kind and very cooperative. Still, the bathrooms look old and dirty, and the water smells bad and rusty. After showering, we all smelled like Rudy. The hotel seems not to have had maintenance in years, and I would never stay there again.

The apartment suite prices are very reasonable, and the place has that “I'm Home” feeling. Its spot right in the heart of Hamra Beirut is convenient for a family vacation and exploring Lebanon. On the first floor, the terrace has an epic view while you have a bite or coffee and watch people walking along the Makdessi street pavement.
