Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of delicious choices, and Fouad the waiters made it even more enjoyable with excellent service. The Executive Chef Wissam deserves special thanks too. At the Ramada Beirut in Al-Rawcheh, housekeeping kept everything impeccably clean and comfortable. Danielle, Ameera and Hassan at the front desk worked hard, were polite, and were always ready to help. Valet parking and the rest of the staff were respectful and well-mannered. From arrival onward the service was top-notch, and I had a comfortable, memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beirut.

The dinner at this conference event was delicious and beautifully presented, with clear attention to detail. Chef Haitham Atriss, Mr Abdallah, and chef Hussein al Ghoul deserve special credit for the food. Miss Arlette, Mr Abdallah, and the executive chef Mr Wissam Hamzeh were professional, attentive, and helpful throughout, making sure the arrangements went smoothly. Their support helped make the event a success. It was a positive, memorable experience, and I recommend this hotel for conferences and formal events.

Being charged for parking only to find my car left on the street, without a proper or secure parking facility, was really disappointing. Room service was also completely unacceptable: my order took more than two hours to arrive. That’s unprofessional for any hotel claiming to offer hospitality.

The suite was spacious, and the view was breathtaking. The location was amazing, and the reception staff were very kind and helped us with everything. Ameera in particular was incredibly helpful and warm, she made us feel like family. One thing to watch with room service: I ordered a single espresso on the first day and paid $5, then ordered it again the next day and the price was $2. Check the bill if you order anything.
