We were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and the professional team looked after us well. The hotel was clean and peaceful, with a very impressive atmosphere. It’s close to the city center and felt like the most reliable hotel in the area.

The staff made the stay for me, always kind, professional, and ready to help with a smile. I felt completely at home and really enjoyed the services. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. I had a wonderful time, would recommend it, and hope to stay again.

I had a pleasant enough stay, but for more than 100 a night, the room just wasn't up to par. Breakfast choices were sparse, and the bathroom had nowhere to hang towels, not even a hand towel. There’s potential here, but a lot seemed overlooked. The walls had black marks, and the furniture had holes that looked like cigarette burns. I didn’t think to take photos, sorry. I don’t think I’ll return.

We felt right at home and plan to come back. The place was clean and felt very safe, the staff were super friendly, and the location was great. I highly recommend staying here.

My room had plenty of space and light, and everything I needed. The bathroom was a bit small, though the little balcony was cozy and beautiful, and easily my favorite part of the room. The neighborhood was lively, with everything within walking distance. The staff were so friendly and accommodating that I felt at home. I enjoyed my stay at The Gem Boutique Hotel and will definitely come back.
