Raouche Arjaan by Rotana Hotel

The location is the hotel's biggest strength: it's right by the sea in Beirut's Raouche area. Service was good, though it didn't meet what I'd expect from a hotel in such a prime spot. The room fell short, and the hotel feels old, with dated furniture and interiors that clearly need renovation. It's acceptable for a short visit if location is the main concern, but the hotel doesn't reach its full potential.

The Raouché setting was a lovely place to unwind, with beautiful views over the area. I spent five nights at Raouché Arjaan by Rotana in Beirut and had a great time. The staff were professional, warm, and ready to help throughout. Mr. Omar Agha was especially kind and attentive, and made me feel welcome. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Beirut.

Omar was a real highlight of our visit. He was always smiling, quick to help with whatever we needed, and made sure we were comfortable. The whole team deserves thanks as well. The hotel was clean, elegant, and comfortable, and everything was organized in a way that exceeded our expectations. We had a relaxing stay in a great location, and would gladly return and recommend Arjaan by Rotana – Raouche.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and it felt like a safe place for families. Still, I don’t understand why guests have to pay for parking in the hotel basement. Most standard rooms had furniture that was partly broken, and I kept having to call for maintenance, especially about the bathrooms. Housekeeping could use better training.
