41 Twelve

I left just 15 minutes ago and asked for my money back because the room was so disgusting. I couldn’t even stay in it for more than three minutes. The bed looked slept in, the sheets seemed unclean, water was all over the toilet seat, and the towels and pillows were yellow and old, not fit even for a pet. I couldn’t wait to get out. Please don’t stay there unless you want to catch a disease.

This place is filthy and seems not to have been cleaned or maintained for years. There weren’t even sheets, and there was no running water. It feels like a tourist trap that takes your money, then never answers the phone when you ask for a refund. Shameful scammers.

I’m a YouTube travel Vlogger, (Chaema blogger). The hotel itself was excellent, very new, close to everything, and in a safe area with pubs and restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was Mariem, the girl working there. She was rude, unhelpful, and quite unprofessional. After staying three days, I decided to move elsewhere because I needed a swimming pool. I asked her for help since she’s local, and she suggested the most disgusting hotel in all Beirut, old and ugly, with no sun by the swimming pool.

Seriously, they don’t have towels! The bathroom was too dirty, the map was dirty, and the bed was dirty. The staff were disrespectful too. My worst hotel experience so far.
