The rooms weren’t very clean, and the Wi-Fi in ours was so poor that I couldn’t connect my phone for the whole trip. Breakfast also had very little variety, with just a few things and the same choices every day. This hotel deserves an award for being the most five-star place that should be rated four stars.

The Japanese restaurant in the hotel is a gem, and I only wish the pool got more sun. The location is good and my room was clean. I was traveling alone, and Toufic went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. I’m really grateful for his kindness. The bellmen were great too, always smiling and keen to help. The staff alone make this place worth staying at.

The location was good and the staff were friendly, but the hotel was insanely dirty. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. After my flight was cancelled, I booked here because it claimed to be a five-star hotel. I wouldn’t give it one star. There were disgusting stains on the bedsheet, a blood stain on the mattress, and an old tissue. The bathroom was rusty, the curtains had plenty of visible stains, the equipment was outdated, and the ceiling had cracks. Paying $75 a night for this was shameful.

We arrived very late, and the helpful receptionist even took us to a local cafe. The hotel was secure, the room was large and had all the services, including an iron, shower, and bath. Room service was good too. Outstanding service, and a very nice hotel.
