We’ve been choosing Holiday Home for more than 20 years. It’s clean, with an excellent location, a pretty view, and many interesting places nearby. The staff and service people are welcoming and helpful, always with a smile. Holiday Home is great, and we’ll recommend it to lots of friends.

Even the smallest request was met with an eye roll, a sigh, or no response at all. The staff came across as deeply rude and indifferent, with little interest in guests or customer satisfaction. Their behavior felt incompetent and apathetic, like they’d been trained to ignore people.

Two fine gentlemen ran the place and made the stay comfortable. The rooms had plenty of space to work, and the internet connection was good for that. I’ll stay again when I’m back in Lebanon.

I spent several months living there with my family during the civil war in 1986-87. It was a comfortable, decent place to stay, especially for families.
