The atmosphere was magical, and the wait staff were very professional. I went with friends for an iftar on Tuesday night, and the place lived up to its reputation. There was a wide choice of food, and everything we tried was spectacular. Thanks to every person there for one of the best iftars I've ever attended. I’d recommend giving it a try, and I know I will again.

We celebrated our third anniversary here and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The room was beautiful, the food delicious, and the spa area so relaxing. This is one of Lebanon’s best hotels, with perfect service and a staff that’s professional and polite.

Breakfast at Mosaic was a lovely way to start the day. The food was fresh and delicious, with a great range to choose from. Mr. Allam, the manager, welcomed us warmly and was very professional. The staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. Highly recommended!

Mrs Saria made our stay especially nice with her hospitality and support throughout, and Ryan was such a friendly host at breakfast. There was lots of variety at the buffet, and the rooms were spacious with great facilities. The hotel has a fabulous design and a great location within walking distance of Zeituna Bay and other nice places. For me, it’s the best hotel choice in Beirut, and I highly recommend it.

As airline crew, we're often away from home for long stretches, so we really value the care and respect we get from everyone at Phoenicia InterContinental. We had a special Christmas Eve celebration arranged, but work commitments meant we couldn't attend. The restaurant manager, Mr. Allan Slim, kindly set up a separate table for us on Christmas Day so we wouldn't miss out and could still feel included and at home. The whole staff, from top to bottom, are always kind, helpful, and ready to assist. Even the most demanding guest would have nothing to complain about. We truly appreciate the hospitality and congratulate the entire hotel team.
