The staff were polite and nice, but they couldn't solve the problems even after we called several times. They admitted the mistakes, yet the smoke smell persisted. Our room was filthy, with stained blankets covered in dirt and hair. Though they said rooms were cleaned and prepared, we found wet floors and a strong smell of smoke despite the no-smoking rule. Room service and cleanliness were nowhere near acceptable. It was a horrible, disappointing stay that left me disgusted instead of relaxed. There are better hotels nearby. Don't be fooled by the low price, you get what you pay for. Spend a bit more and enjoy your stay elsewhere.

The location was great, near the city center and Hamra Street, and the receptionists were polite and helpful. The rooms weren't cleaned regularly unless requested, and overall cleanliness was poor. Power went out each morning for two hours, though that wasn't a problem for me. There were no hair dryers or irons, and soap and shampoo were in short supply. Breakfast was very poor, so the stay wasn't good value for the price.

The team were very friendly and always ready to help, and I'd like to thank them and the manager for making the stay relaxing. The lobby was beautiful and spacious, and the rooms were very clean and roomy. It's also in a great spot, close to the sea and Hamra shopping street.
