Mayflower

This felt like a zero-star stay. The room was on a low floor in a corner, the Wi-Fi barely worked, and there was practically nothing in the room. I found hair on the bed and dirt in every corner. Why?

The owner ended our stay after a minor, silly disagreement, saying that was how things worked at his hotel. He told us to leave, wouldn't let us use the hotel car, and said to go find someone to shelter us. Before that, we'd complained about the awful smell in the rooms and were told there were no other rooms available. The service was very poor, and cleanliness was a 4/10. A very bad experience.

I booked one night through Agoda, so I have a right to share my view. The room was noisy and didn't match the website photos. The internet was poor, the bathroom cleaning items were in bad shape, and water was leaking in the bathroom. I've attached photos of the problems.

I expected much better treatment from a hotel. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and really unprofessional, so the customer service was terrible. I won't be coming back.
