Four Points by Sheraton Le Verdun

Our 14 nights at Four Points Le Verdun were wonderful, and I’d definitely recommend it. Yehia was always ready with advice on reaching places we wanted to visit, whether that meant calling a taxi or arranging an excursion. We also loved being just two blocks from ABC Mall. After outings, we could get coffee, beer, or local wine at the hotel bar. Lebanon was a fantastic destination, rich in culture, Roman archaeological sites, and amazing people. Breakfast never changed, but the staff knew us by name and treated us as guests, not just a key number like at some hotels. Hassan remembered what we liked and ordered our main dish from the chef, who made it excellently. On the Friday we arrived, Yehia Kenaan took our luggage, and we went upstairs through the revolving door. The security guard greeted us with a smile then and every day after. Ihab at the front desk took great care of us. We felt at home, which is why we love staying at Marriott hotels. We’d worried about the language at first, but they made the whole stay lovely.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and the service was great. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It’s in a handy spot in Verdun, Beirut, with plenty around it, and ABC verdun is only a four-minute walk away. I’d still come back because of the service, even though the interior feels a bit rundown, the toilets need renovating, and the windows could use better sound insulation.

We always stay at Four Points Le Vardun with the family when we come to Beirut. It’s in a great location, the staff are very nice, and the food is great. The one thing to consider is the smart TV. It wasn’t working, and sometimes the kids need it. I highly recommend the hotel.

I stayed here for business and spent the day working in my room. It was quiet and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. The room was clean and well maintained, and I appreciated that the coffee maker kit was replenished several times a day. The staff were courteous, communicated clearly, and went out of their way to help. Reception was especially amazing, and security made the hotel feel safe and welcoming. The team were friendly and professional throughout. I had an excellent stay and would absolutely return.
