Grand Concerto Hotel

Raouche is just a few minutes away on foot, as are the trendy spots, and that location is a big plus. I’ve been coming here a few times a year for five years, and it’s still my favourite hotel in town. The reception and housekeeping teams are all kind, caring, considerate, and professional. They make me feel safe and never like my picky self is a burden. Thanks for always going the extra mile 😅🤍🤍🤍🤍

Weam & Maha always make things feel more comfortable with their warm attitude. I’ve stayed at Grand Concerto Hotel more than once, and every visit has been wonderful. The whole team is so polite and kind, and the hospitality is consistently amazing. It’s one of my favorite places, and I’ll be back!

The reception team were very kind and gave me time to find cash when I couldn’t pay by card, though not being able to use a card was annoying. I was there Saturday to Wednesday and had to wait hours for extra toilet paper, eventually going downstairs to remind them. The room service attendant was kind and helpful, but could use some training on personal boundaries. The balcony was nice, with a table and two chairs, though tall buildings blocked the view. There’s a mini fridge but no microwave, and the Wi-Fi was iffy at best. Parking was almost nonexistent, and cars were sometimes packed so tightly across the entrance that walking in or out was difficult. The stay was safe and decent for four nights, but not worth the price. I compared nearby Arjaan Rotana, which looked much nicer, had facilities, a view, and 24/7 power, for nearly the same rate. I know the country is going through tough times, but a hotel calling itself four-star needs to show it. Given the situation in the country, I rated it three stars, though under normal conditions I’d have given two.

A clean, comfortable hotel with good service and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, too, and the price was very reasonable. It’s close to Hamra and the waterfront, which worked well for my first trip to Lebanon, and they arranged a free airport taxi pickup.
