The Key Beirut

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Check-in took 2-3 hours, and service was terrible. I complained to the manager, but nothing came of it. The staff member Ali kept changing what he said within less than a minute. Avoid this place at all costs.

We spent three days here for a wedding in Beirut. I loved the hotel, and the service was even better. Salam and Jenin did everything they could to make us comfortable and get us what we needed. I only wish they had a pool and served shisha. The area around the hotel also isn’t very walkable, especially at night.

Theresa was the highlight of our stay. She was lovely and so helpful, and her generous tips and recommendations were all great. The hotel was clean, the food was good, and most of the staff were friendly. Theresa really stood out and made our experience in Lebanon incredible. Thank you, Theresa!
