Warwick Palm Beach Hotel

We paid for a premium room, but it smelled of cigarettes and had old mattresses. Loud music from the rooftop bar went on every night until 1 am, and the neighborhood was noisy too. The hallways smelled as well. They didn’t keep the room stocked with lotion or conditioner, so we had to ask, and the person who brought them was rude. Water wasn’t replenished daily as we’d been told. We’d visited beforehand and explained that we wanted two beds, but were given a room with two twin beds. The front desk first said moving would be no problem, then told us there were no rooms. Management was stern, rude, and unhelpful throughout. They wouldn’t make any effort to help us feel comfortable, and my wife cried every day because of how mean they were. Even the pool guard wouldn’t let her have a small bottle of orange juice. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The room had a bad smell and worn furniture, even though it was in the renovated section. For what they charge, I expected a clean, comfortable place. It’s overpriced, and I wouldn’t spend my money here.

We couldn’t find our money after staying at the hotel, and we don’t know whether someone took it. When we reported it, management said they checked the cameras and saw nothing, but didn’t help or seem to care. It felt irresponsible and unsafe. I had a very bad stay and wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The sea views are lovely, and I found everything else about the hotel amazing. Breakfast was just average, though. They have parties almost every day, so ladies are passing through all the time.
