The hotel is clean and good value, with a nice breakfast, good service, lots of space, and an amazing view. It’s about a 13-minute walk from central Broumana. Just set your expectations accordingly: it’s a three-star hotel, and it’s old. You can see the age in the building, furniture, carpets, pretty much everything.

The views are breathtaking, and the staff are lovely. It’s an old hotel, but it has a lot of charm. I’d recommend it.

The property is a little worn, but it’s clean and looked after. The room temperature control worked well, though the showers were weak and not hot, and two guests have to share one large brass room key. Wi-Fi was terrible everywhere except the lobby. There are several meeting rooms and good restaurants within walking distance. The hospitality was warm, the views lovely, and the food good. Fifty people ate everything, including lots of fresh salads and fruit, for a week without any digestive problems.

The place is lovely and spacious, though a bit old and in need of some work. The older woman at reception was very rude and had no manners. She was quite lovely last year, when the hotel had no other customers besides us, which says a lot.

This is an affordable option in a peaceful neighborhood, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It’s not a modern hotel, so keep that in mind if that’s what you’re after. The lunch had more variety this time, and they’d made an effort. The food used to seem not fresh, but my most recent booking was much better.
