The receptionist was the best part of our stay. The gentleman there listened to our feedback, acknowledged it, and helped us look for solutions. But this isn’t a quiet place to stay in Broumana. Lounges and pubs are right next door, with loud music going on until early morning. Our kids couldn’t sleep, and the hotel should warn people about the noise on its website. The pool area is also crowded with chairs and stools, which makes it hard to get around.

Incredible views, great service, and a lovely hotel. It was super convenient to have so many restaurants and bars nearby. I’d recommend it.

We spent one night in Broumana and had a cozy, nostalgic stay with an authentic Lebanese feel. The hospitality was friendly, there were lots of attractive landmarks nearby, and the food was exceptional. Mashrou3 café was a nice added touch.

I’m very concerned and disappointed by an unprofessional phone interaction at your hotel today at about 2:30 PM. I called to present a serious business proposal that I thought could be profitable for the hotel, drawing on my previous work in Qatar with members of the royal family and a medical-wellness concept I believe could bring value to your establishment. I politely asked to speak with the manager so I could explain why I was calling. The gentleman who answered was dismissive and rude, and ended the call before I could describe the proposal. Thinking the call may have dropped by accident, I called again, but he hung up on me deliberately a second time. That behavior is unprofessional and could harm the hotel's reputation. Potential partners deserve the basic courtesy of being heard. Cutting someone off before they can explain their inquiry shuts down opportunities that might support the hotel's growth and long-term profitability. I hope the appropriate action is taken, because this conduct falls short of the standards expected of a reputable hotel. Thank you for your attention.
