The staff were attentive and friendly, and our room was comfortable. We had a fantastic stay, with impeccable service throughout, and we’ll definitely come back.

The breakfast was generous and tasty, and the staff were so, so kind. I was really impressed by how clean everything was, too. The service went well beyond what I expected. Keep it up 🙏🏻💖

What stayed with us most from our time at Byblos Palms Suites Hotel was Ali’s friendship and all the help he gave us. He made us feel as if we were visiting an old friend, and we left hoping to see him again. Thanks to Ali and the whole team for a trip we won’t forget. Ali, the Executive Chef, was a great guide to Byblos and its history. He shared stories about local traditions and pointed us toward places to see, including little-known spots we wouldn’t have found on our own. When we asked about taxis and their changing prices, he arranged rides at prices agreed in advance, so we could explore without worrying about the fare. His Lebanese cooking was another highlight. We kept wanting more of his dishes. The hotel itself was a lovely choice for our vacation in Byblos, Lebanon. It had only recently opened, and we were glad we chose it while our friends stayed in an Airbnb up the mountain. We had a delightful stay and came away with a much closer feel for the local culture.

The Lebanese breakfast was a favorite. It’s a clean hotel in a great spot, with lovely service. Really nice place, highly recommend 👍
