It’s about five minutes from Jbeil souks, and the location was perfect. The breakfast was tasty, and the staff were superb. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly and attentive and made me feel right at home. The lobby was beautifully designed, with comfortable places to sit and modern decor. My room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the linens were soft, and the bathroom was sparkling clean, with a high-pressure showerhead. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable city stay, and can’t wait to come back.

What stayed with us most from our time at Byblos Palms Suites Hotel was Ali’s friendship and all the help he gave us. He made us feel as if we were visiting an old friend, and we left hoping to see him again. Thanks to Ali and the whole team for a trip we won’t forget. Ali, the Executive Chef, was a great guide to Byblos and its history. He shared stories about local traditions and pointed us toward places to see, including little-known spots we wouldn’t have found on our own. When we asked about taxis and their changing prices, he arranged rides at prices agreed in advance, so we could explore without worrying about the fare. His Lebanese cooking was another highlight. We kept wanting more of his dishes. The hotel itself was a lovely choice for our vacation in Byblos, Lebanon. It had only recently opened, and we were glad we chose it while our friends stayed in an Airbnb up the mountain. We had a delightful stay and came away with a much closer feel for the local culture.
