I had a great time here. The team were friendly and helpful, especially when guiding me about outings, and the service was excellent. The sea view was exceptional, and their Lebanese breakfast came with lots of different dishes, generously served. I’d highly recommend it and hope to come back soon. Thanks to everyone there! 🤍

We finally left without checking in. Our room still wasn’t ready close to 5 pm, even though check-in was supposed to be at 2, and we’d already spent an hour waiting in the lobby. There was no AC and nobody offered us water or anything to drink. They didn’t even apologize. Terrible customer service, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Our study trip group had a lovely stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, the food was fresh and delicious, and the service was outstanding. We were lucky to get a room with a great view of the Mediterranean Sea. The beach is very close, which made it a nice place to enjoy some time in Byblos. Thank you!

I ended up leaving for another hotel, and the rooms still weren’t ready. From 2 pm until 6 pm, they kept promising they’d be ready in an hour. The receptionist seemed careless, and management and service were both nonexistent.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and service was good, though they could use more people on staff. The rooms were tidy and pleasant, and the hotel itself is cozy and very close to the beach. Breakfast is the only meal offered, but there are lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Prices are good too.
