The room had stained sheets and hair in the shower drain, and the power kept cutting out over and over. Club music was loud, too. It was expensive for a stay that definitely didn’t feel like a four-star hotel, probably one of my worst. At checkout they make you wait while they inspect the room, supposedly to see if you left anything behind, or realistically to check for damage or anything taken from the minibar. Somehow they didn’t tell me I’d left my dress there. I called two weeks later, and the person who answered had an attitude, didn’t seem interested in helping, and never got back to me.

We spent a month at Le Six Hotel while visiting Lebanon from Australia, and it really felt like home. The pool and other amenities were well kept, and the location was ideal. Our room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The team made the stay memorable. Reception greeted us with warm smiles, housekeeping were genuinely kind, and the hotel manager was attentive. Every request was handled graciously and efficiently. Thanks to everyone at Le Six Hotel for making us feel so welcome. If you’re visiting Batroun, I’d highly recommend it. We arrived as guests and left feeling like family.

The food was super delicious, and the rooftop bar is a great place to chill around sunset.

The room was decent for the three days I booked. After I paid, on day four they said I could leave and get the money back through Wish for the day I hadn’t stayed. When I called the next day, they refused. Basically, they stole my money.

I stayed on a weekend and there was a club on the roof, so there was no way to sleep. I have no idea otherwise.
