The location is close to everything I needed, but the hotel still felt peaceful and relaxing. The building is modern, beautiful, and thoughtfully laid out, with bright, welcoming spaces. It was spotless when I arrived, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I felt well looked after throughout my stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting comfort, style, and great service.

We had a calm stay, and the staff were kind and helpful. The location is good, and it’s a new hotel with modern technology and plenty of potential. Breakfast was good, too. Our family room wasn’t ready when they first showed it to us, and it was very messy, so we waited in the room and corridors while another room was arranged. The change to two rooms with sea-view balconies was quick and easy, but the balcony doors didn’t work properly. There was no hot water and the TVs weren’t working at first. They fixed those issues the next day, but the showers stopped working properly again that night.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and my room was beautifully furnished with stunning views. From the moment I arrived at Majestic Byblos, the staff were welcoming and the service was impeccable. You could see the attention to detail throughout. Can’t wait to visit again!
