The hospitality and service were very good, and the hotel has a lot of potential. Still, two things made me disappointed. We found used, old sheets for the extra bed in the closet when we checked in, which should have been caught during cleaning. More seriously, I left my AirPods in the room by accident. I realized just an hour after leaving, searched everywhere, and checked Find My iPhone to confirm they were there. When I called, the hotel insisted that nothing had been found. I tried twice to speak with the manager, but was told he wasn’t available and they didn’t know when he’d come in. The lack of follow-up and accountability felt unprofessional and made me question how reliable the management is. I hope they address this.

Breakfast was generous and tasty, and we got to enjoy the clean pool during a weekend we really liked. The rooms had plenty of space, natural light and good air conditioning. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the service and security were unmatched. We’ll definitely be back soon!

I spent August this year at Hotel Ehden with my friend, and we felt safe and well cared for by the team the whole time. They were always there for our questions and concerns, and so accommodating with what I needed. Everyone treated us like family. After the first week, coming back each day felt like going home. The hotel amenities were really nice, and Savoury by Hotel Ehden had amazing food. I’m looking forward to returning to Lebanon and staying there again.

We booked two nights at Hotel Ehden while attending an event in Ehden. The staff were the highlight: so welcoming, kind, and spot on with their suggestions for restaurants, cafes and things to do nearby. Our room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was lovely. There were a few minor maintenance problems, but the staff sorted them quickly. The location was also quite central in Ehden.

The location really helps make this hotel, and the service is friendly with delicious food. The rooms are clean, futuristic and beautifully decorated. It’s good for a summer weekend with family, but winter might be the best time to visit since there’s not much open space around the pool. If I get the chance to go again, I definitely will. It could be the best trip of your life.
