The location is good if all you need is a place to sleep and you're not expecting much. Otherwise, I was disappointed. The TV remote buttons were worn, there was no channel list, and none of the staff could find MTV. They asked me to change rooms instead of getting technical staff to help. The amenities were poor, and this definitely didn't feel like a five-star hotel. They should rate it to match what they offer.

I've stayed here several times and keep running into the same problem: no hot water, so I've had to switch rooms more than once. On my last stay, I had to turn on every faucet before I could get a hot shower. Then, early one morning while I was asleep, the cleaning staff opened my door and came in without warning. That was very unprofessional. The bathrooms also smelled bad.

I stayed at Louis V hotel for a whole week and would absolutely come back. The restaurant food was tasty, and the rooms were very clean. Internet, AC, and hot water were available the whole time, and the staff were very friendly with excellent service. The location is convenient too. I got back from Lebanon last week and highly recommend the hotel.

Louis 5 Hotel has a peaceful atmosphere where you can enjoy your stay, attend training, or have dinner. The service is very good, and I think it's one of the best hotels around. I recommend it.
