Le Tournant Hotel & Resort

The view and pool were the only parts I could accept. The water in the room was dirty, so I couldn't feel safe or comfortable using it, and the cleanliness and standards were well below what I expected. The rest of the stay was a letdown. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The view was nice, but that was about it. There were ants in the room, the closet was dirty, and the mattress was lousy. The shower and sink were broken, and the water smelled rusty, so we didn't shower. The towel hangers were broken too. No coffee, kettle, or internet in the rooms. There seemed to be no maintenance at all, and it wasn't worth the money.

The mountain scenery and surrounding nature were stunning, and the outdoor pool made it easy to relax. It was peaceful too, a good escape from the noise of everyday life. The rooms need renovation and maintenance, though, and service was a bit slow when we made requests. With improvements to the rooms and service, this could be one of the area's top spots. I recommend it to nature lovers looking for peace, especially for a family or friends' getaway.

We picked this hotel because it was close to the wedding venue, but I wanted to leave the moment I saw the room. The furniture seemed to be the originals from when the hotel was built, and the room needed major remodeling. The laminated floor was cracked and peeling, the toilet was stained yellow, the water smelled rusty, and the white towels were yellow too. I had booked two nights, but couldn't wait until morning to leave and couldn't stay another minute. We had friends staying there as well, and we all left the next morning. It was horrible.
