Haleem, the concierge/receptionist, messaged ahead to check when I’d arrive, and made sure I got an early morning breakfast. He also gave me an awesome room. It was crisp, clean, and new, with a highway view from the balcony, and I really liked the well-planned baggage space. One of my favorite stays. Highly recommend this place, thanks guys.

Getting around was convenient, with side roads available when you want to avoid traffic or the highway. At Mateus, receptionist "Halim" gave me a warm welcome and was really friendly and helpful. My room was clean and cozy, and I had a fantastic stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and reception quickly fixed the bathroom water when it turned cold. The breakfast was simple but fine, served as a set menu brought by staff each morning rather than a buffet. Our room felt clean and comfortable as soon as we arrived, and it was tidily arranged. The hotel has a cozy, welcoming feel. It's about a 10-minute walk from central Jounieh, so not right in the center. Being beside a highway made trips toward Byblos (Jbeil) and Tripoli (Trablous) convenient. We caught a minibus nearby without any trouble.

The staff were amazing, the pool was clean, and my room was consistently well looked after. They even lent me an iron, which I appreciated. It was easy to get out and see other beautiful parts of Lebanon, including Jbail, Batroun, and Byblos. I'm really happy I picked this hotel, highly recommend it!
