The location made a great impression, with Beirut downtown within walking distance and Gemmayzeh and Saifi village just a few steps away. Free parking was available too. Our suite was spacious, clean, and had a great view. They upgraded us from deluxe to superior executive suite after a warm welcome and quick check-in. We were on half board with breakfast and dinner, and the food was excellent. Room service was quick, including when we ordered dinner to the room, and the rooms were cleaned every day. Everyone was nice to my little daughter, and the housekeeping guy even arranged her toys in a funny way 😂. I've stayed in many hotels in Lebanon, and this is the best so far. I'll definitely book here again.

Saifi Suites has a calm, refined feel despite being right in the heart of Beirut, close to nightlife, galleries, and shops. It's a stylish modern boutique hotel, with elegant rooms and a comfortable, luxurious feel. The team is welcoming and professional, with good attention to detail. For work or a holiday, it made for a memorable Beirut stay in a chic urban setting.

Everything is close by, and the service was excellent. Olga, the front desk manager, helped sort out my room issue in no time. She was cheerful, classy, and genuinely warm and helpful 🙏🙏. I'll definitely come back.

The room was average, and breakfast was cold and tasteless. The reception staff were incredibly impolite, and check-in moved slowly even though they knew when I would arrive. I waited on the couch for over two hours. They seemed much nicer to guests who acted condescendingly, so perhaps my polite manner didn't appeal to them. I did like the location and view, along with the cabinet space and cooking equipment in the room. Still, the overall experience was too expensive.

The rooms are spacious, have balconies and all the amenities, and get cleaned daily. Service was very good, the rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was okay. It's in a good central area of Beirut, just above a strip of bars and restaurants. The entrance looks really nice and gives the feel of a 5 star hotel.
