There was a gorilla in the shower and plants in the sink. Mostafa and Ali were rude, and the cleaners need cleaning themselves. They use a dirty cloth that looks like it came from a trash bin.

The rooms are spacious, and having a practical kitchen inside is nice. It feels like renting an apartment. Unfortunately, the staff aren't qualified, especially receptionist Ali, who is very rude and doesn't fit the place. I hope things change soon.

The water was dirty and salty, and there was a disgusting bathroom smell they wouldn’t fix. The furniture was old and broken, and the rooms were dirty too. Everything about it was terrible.

The toilets were dirty and the water tasted so salty. At night the room was freezing, since the electricity went off early and the generator didn’t come on until around 9:30 in the morning.
