Gondola marine resort

The pool rules were ridiculous. I couldn’t even bring my own water, and nobody told us about those rules before we rented. The bed made me sweat, so I ended up sleeping on the sofa, and it had some plastic covers. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived. I asked for someone to clean it, but nobody came, so I had to do it myself. They didn’t provide toilet paper, and the shower pressure didn’t work properly. There was only one key, which turned on the electricity, so the room was always hot when we got back. I don’t recommend this place. The view isn’t worth it.

I’ve only gone on weekdays, and it stays calm without getting too crowded. The music is chill, the place is clean, and the staff are nice. The sea view is lovely, though there’s no beach access. It’s ideal for a day by the pool.

At Gondola Pool, the service was incredibly poor. Once the staff learned we’d bought our tickets through Makhsoum, they showed us no respect or courtesy. It felt like we were treated differently for using a discount platform, which was completely unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome and undervalued. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, respectful place.

For what we paid, I expected at least something decent, but the room was filthy when we arrived. We asked room service to clean it and nobody came. There are so many unreasonable pool rules, you can’t bring your own water, coffee, or anything. Nothing in the room worked properly. The bed and pillows felt like rocks, and we couldn’t sleep for five days. The bathroom was disgusting, and the water pressure was even worse. A horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
