Special thanks to Joey & Rita! Our stay in this charming guest house was unforgettable, thanks in large part to how the staff looked after us. Their attentive care and thoughtful details made us feel at home, with genuine Lebanese warmth, generosity, courtesy, and kind smiles throughout. Right by the sea in Halat, it was a peaceful escape. Waking up to the waves and opening the curtains to that breathtaking view felt magical. Evenings brought beautiful sunsets over the water, the kind of calm that stays with you after you leave. It’s more than a place to sleep, it’s an experience of beauty, peace, and genuine human connection. We can’t wait to come back.

We stumbled across this place after struggling to find somewhere to rent for two families, and were glad we did. The rooms were really clean and nice, and the whole stay was amazing. The pool was very small, though, and they had to change the water every morning, which took a while. I’d suggest they find a better solution, like filters. We also ate at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The food was really tasty, and the service was generous. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and dinner was reasonably priced, neither high nor low. I really recommend giving this place a try.

I almost never leave written reviews, but the staff here deserve the praise. The view and peaceful atmosphere add to the property, and the food was surprisingly excellent. Hats off to the Chef. I’ll be back soon and recommend it to everyone.

The staff and owner are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and $40 for two felt worth every penny. Breakfast here is hands down my favorite, not just in Lebanon but anywhere in the world. The view is stunning, just open sea and endless shades of blue. The food is the star: fresh manakish, creamy labneh, cheeses, eggs, homemade jams, and, most of all, the best foul mdammas you’ll ever have. Just go for breakfast, you won’t be disappointed.
