We especially appreciated how accommodating the team was. They decorated our room for Valentine's Day when we asked, which felt personal and thoughtful. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout, and the room was spacious and nicely furnished, with Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, kettle, safe, and toiletries. Breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. Jounieh Public Park is within walking distance, and the cable car to Our Lady of Lebanon in Harissa is a short drive away. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at AlMurjan Palace Hotel, which exceeded our expectations, and are grateful to the whole team for making it memorable.

I've been at Al Murjan Palace Hotel for about two months, and it feels like a home come true. The lovely, kind, professional family running it really honors its guests. Maya and the GM Joseph are part of the best staff, and the lovely owner Nicola is a genius, as well as being so well informed about everything in life. The rooms are clean, amazing, and romantic, whether you're a family or a couple. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic, and the rooftop is wonderful for special events. The whole atmosphere is lovely and inviting. I highly recommend My Almurjan Palace to my friends, family, and people around the world. Thank you, merci, and so much love.

The personnel were very friendly, and that kept me from giving the hotel just one star. But cleanliness is a real weakness: the furniture is worn, the towels are grey, and the shower is full of mold. I was very surprised after having a really nice room at a 5-star hotel in Beirut and expecting the same from a 4-star hotel. Sorry.
