Luxor Hotel

I’m very late writing this review, as our stay at Luxor Hotel Jounieh was some time ago, but it was a great experience from beginning to end. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, with a lovely atmosphere and beautiful scenery, and the food was very good. Our modern, well-kept room also had a beautiful view. The staff made a big difference. They were friendly, helpful, and engaged, and went out of their way to help us plan trips around Lebanon, arrange transport, and find good places to visit. Their support made the vacation much more enjoyable and interesting. The hotel was clean and modern, with a touch of luxury at reasonable prices. I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Lebanon.

I’ve been coming here for years and always feel welcome. The owner is quick to respond, and the staff are caring and attentive. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, and the beds are extra comfortable. I’m very happy with the place.

The view and the jacuzzi in the middle of the room made us feel special, and the room itself was super nice. We stayed in patron 401 and loved it. Elie greeted us, and it felt like I’d known him for decades. Jhonny also helped with the reservation. The hotel, service, and location were all amazing. A must visit, highly recommended.

This was my second stay at the hotel. I had no complaints the first time, but on this visit I lost a diamond ring in the room. I only realized the next day and called reception. The immediate response was that the room had already been rented to two other clients. I understood what that implied, but when I called the owner, I hoped for a better response. Instead, my repeated follow-up questions were met with delays. I’m 100 percent sure I left the ring in the room when I checked out, or I wouldn’t keep following up. I’ve now lost hope of getting it back. This has been really upsetting. Shame on you guys.
