BayInn Hotel

The rooms were clean, and after a quick chat 🙂 with the receptionist, we got moved to a better room. There was a lot of generator noise on one side of the hotel, though. The place itself is nice, but reception and service could improve in both communication and manners. The experience was mixed, and I’m unlikely to visit again.

The rooftop at sunset is magical, and the prices are very acceptable. We felt comfortable in this very clean hotel, with everything close by in Jounieh. The location is wonderful. The staff were more than wonderful too, especially at reception and in service, taking excellent care of us and our comfort. Any comment we made was considered right away. This was my first trip to Lebanon, but it won’t be my last, and I’ll choose this hotel whenever I come back. A big thanks to the management and staff for making our stay excellent.

We booked a sea view, but couldn’t really see the sea because we were far away and trees covered that part of the view. The room wasn’t very clean, and there were no towels or toilet paper apart from one used piece in the toilet. We were given two separate beds pushed together instead of one big bed, which was really uncomfortable with my fiance.

The receptionist was completely unprofessional and showed no customer focus or appropriate behavior. He watched our guest on the cameras, called the room to confirm the guest was there, then came up to check whether there were two or three people. Train your staff.
