Grand Kadri Hotel

We really appreciated how clean the hotel was and its great location. Our stay was disrupted, though, by a wedding we hadn’t been told about. Fireworks began around 11 p.m. right beside our children’s bedroom, and sparks flew toward the window, which felt unsafe and unsettling. The breakfast could use better food quality and more variety. The hotel has potential, but it needs to communicate better and pay more attention to guests’ comfort.

The setting was beautiful, but my visit to the outdoor terrace was a real disappointment and didn’t meet what I’d expect from a 5-star hotel. We weren’t properly welcomed when we arrived, and nobody offered water after we sat down. Our beer came in bottles with no glasses, which felt inappropriate for this kind of place. The food was very average, and the supposedly “wet” napkins were completely dry. The service fell well short of expectations. With its setting and reputation, the hotel should do more to make guests feel welcome and cared for.

So proud to have this hotel in my city, Zahle. As a Lebanese person, I want to congratulate you on the excellent management, wonderful team, clean rooms, and polite staff. Thank you for the memories I made at Kadri.

The location wasn’t very nice, and it wasn’t that peaceful. The rooms themselves were nice, but the service was so bad. The workers were mean and not gentle. I tried the salmon at the restaurant, and it was so bad I felt like I was going to throw up. DO NOT RECOMMEND
