Rotana Hazmieh

Quiet, clean rooms, and the customer service was lovely. Room service was great too.

Fatima made every meal in the dining room enjoyable with her warm smile and pleasant manner. She went out of her way to make guests feel welcome and looked after. I had a delightful stay, and I’d recommend the hotel especially for the wonderful service from Fatima.

I woke up with more than 20 red marks all over my body after sleeping in the bed. The room was also far too hot: I asked why the AC wasn’t working and was told it was still on heating mode, so I sweated all night. On top of that, they charged me $10 to park my car, which I found strange and hadn’t encountered at another hotel. The worst experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I booked because the price was reasonable and the reviews were good. The airport shuttle was a nice surprise, and the desk is right at the first thing you see when leaving arrivals. The hotel was handy for my meetings and easy to get to. My room was clean and decent, and breakfast was simple but good enough. The security at the gate seemed reasonable, and I stayed a couple of nights without any problems. It’s not a five-star hotel, but a solid four stars.
