The indoor pool is my favorite part, especially in winter when it's a good place to relax. Madisson Hotel also has a restaurant with delicious food, a massage and spa area, and other activities, so there's plenty to do whether you want to unwind or stay active. I come back whenever I'm in Jounieh because the hotel is comfortable, clean, and well organized, with good housekeeping and fair prices for what you get. It's right in the heart of town, close to restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the sea, so the area is convenient and well served. It has everything I need, and I'll keep choosing it on future visits.

It's acceptable, though I don't think I'd come back. The hotel is average: service was somewhere between good and okay, and the clean, tidy rooms were decent but not the best. Breakfast had limited variety, and the view was only average. You can see the mountain from the balcony, but it isn't directly in front. There are shops nearby.

The staff are really good people, and the location is the hotel's strongest point. But most things are old, and the place needs renovating. I woke up with my arm covered in bedbug bites.

Madisson Hotel in Jounieh was a really comfortable place to stay. The food was so good, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout. I'd highly recommend it.
