Casa Kik Apartments in Mina Tripoli

This was a traumatic experience. I cut my head on the low bathroom door frame, and the electricity then stopped, leaving me without a TV, Wi-Fi, and, most importantly, heating. I was first given a room that had been used and not cleaned, then moved to another one. Getting there was also difficult because the directions were very poor and the Google location was wrong. The host responded at first, but disappeared after I complained and refused to apologize. I've contacted the platform and still haven't even received an apology. I have proof of everything above in case the owner denies it.
