Quality Inn Tripoli

The location is marvellous, with great views, a well-designed lobby, and a great swimming pool. Customer service is very good, the rooms are spacious, and the food is tasty. The senator and the Galleria halls are perfect for special events, and the event planner is professional and helpful. I recommend the hotel to tourists and business visitors. As Tripoli’s only big hotel, it sets high expectations for upkeep and international standards. Maybe the weakness of tourism in Tripoli explains why it doesn’t fully meet them. The furniture is a little depreciated but still okay, and the fitness centre has become quite run down and needs refurbishing.

The place needs a lot of renovation, and the gym needs serious work too. I’d suggest putting fans on the windows so visitors can open them and enjoy the good weather without being attacked by mosquitoes. The staff deserve five stars and more, but the condition of the place is why I gave it four.

The administration really looked after me after I was injured while practicing there. They rushed to the hospital where I’d gone for emergency care, covered all my recovery fees, and kept calling to check that I was getting better. Truly professional service. I fully recommend this five-star spa, hotel, and service. Thank you!

I stayed here about seven years ago, and coming back now, I found it just as it was then. The room smelled when I walked in, the bathroom was very poor, and the minibar was empty. The contents of the room are very old, and the price is very high. By any standard, this is a very bad hotel and not worth even one star. I would never recommend it.
