Paris Villas Cap Estate

We weren’t told before arriving that housekeeping only comes every seven days. When we asked for cleaning during our stay, the request was refused, and only then were we informed of the policy. Management was unresponsive throughout and seemed more concerned with adding charges than dealing with our legitimate concerns. I wouldn’t recommend Paris Villas in St. Lucia, and would advise other guests to consider somewhere else. The bathroom flooded, but no maintenance worker came to fix it. There were lizard droppings in the room and a large cockroach, hot water was unavailable for most of the stay, and the power kept going on and off. A known broken gate also remained unfixed, so guests had to lift and pull it open to get in and out. At checkout, we were told to pay extra fees or risk losing our security deposit. They charged us for towels, washcloths, and even a broken broom. We’d used the towels out of necessity to deal with the bathroom flood. There wasn’t any more toilet paper after the initial supply, either, and we were told to buy our own once it ran out.

The pool was inviting day and night, and my kids especially loved the lights after dark. This felt like a home away from home for our family. Paris Villas, Cap Estate is in a superb, private spot with breathtaking views, and the grounds are very well kept. The place is decorated and furnished to a high standard, with spacious rooms, a bathroom in every room, and a separate guest powder room. The owners were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We had an amazing experience and can’t say enough good things about it.

I loved the secluded setting with easy access to the nearby city. The pool was peaceful, and there was plenty of space in the house. Our host, Sam, was friendly and accommodating, and helped make my stay memorable. Paris Villas Cap Estate in Gros Islet was beautiful. I’d recommend staying here, you’ll be glad you did.

We had such a relaxing, refreshing stay at Paris villas. The place was super clean and up to date, with a sparkling pool, a nice hot tub, and a lovely garden full of chairs for unwinding in the evening after a beach day. Everything worked great, and there were even useful things on hand we hadn’t thought to bring. All the staff were sweet, accommodating, and ready to help whenever we needed them. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting St. Lucia and want a luxury spot.
