Serenity Seaview Suite

Suzanne was a thoughtful host who communicated really well and paid attention to what we needed. After two nights in an Airbnb without air conditioning, this place felt like an answered prayer. It was the perfect secluded spot for our honeymoon, and we wished we’d found it sooner. We wanted to explore beaches and landmarks ourselves instead of having a resort or overly touristy stay. The location worked so well, with food within walking distance. We rented a car and were glad we did, since we could explore both the north and south of the island. Travel blogs said driving would be a bad idea, but taxis sounded like a hassle and a private driver would have cost too much. The place is beautiful, safe, and CLEAN. The view is lovely, the WiFi was excellent, and the bedroom air conditioning cooled things down quickly. The bathroom was amazing, with a showerhead high enough for my 6’6 husband to stand underneath, which is a luxury for him. The bathroom towels were high quality, and beach towels were included too.

The owner and manager was the best I came across all year. Serenity is a great apartment, clean and new, with modern conveniences that can be hard to find in St Lucia. A lot of places you rent feel run down, but this one was the complete opposite, absolutely brand new. And we even saw rainbows at sunrise!

We used this clean, quiet, and safe place as our base for driving around the island. Its central spot on the West Coast worked really well, with everything we wanted to see, explore, or visit less than an hour away. There are places to eat within walking distance, plus a petrol station and two supermarkets 15mins away. Suzanne is a super friendly and helpful host. The rooms are excellent, with a big shower and bathroom, great aircon and ceiling fan, TV, and very good WiFi. You can also sit out on the balcony for sunset. We were usually out then, so I didn’t get a photo, but I did catch the resident hummingbird while having breakfast. Ti Kaye is a great resort about 10mins away. You can get a gate pass for $10 per person for the day, redeemable if you eat at the restaurant. I recommend the Chicken Roti with hot sauce, my favourite.
