Celebrating my 50th birthday in St. Lucia with a group of women was a special trip, and Rohan made sure everyone felt looked after. His calm manner, quick responses, and thoughtful care kept everything smooth and stress-free. Our whole group appreciated the exceptional service. From the moment we arrived at Windjammer Landing hotel, Rohan took care of the details. He arranged restaurant reservations, taxis, and our daily plans with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency. The boat tours were one of our favorite days, lively, fun, and a pretty boozy good time. We also had a wonderful stay overall, with clean rooms, a beach raked each morning, and friendly staff who kept the whole resort in good shape. We can't wait to visit again. We got engaged here just a week ago, and the trip felt magical. The customer service was next-level, with the whole team helping make it special. Travis made our candlelight dinner beautiful and was so attentive. I'd recommend it for a celebration. Nate looked after us on the beach, checking on our food and drinks so we could relax. When a small leak in our original room came up, Renee made the switch quick and easy. The service exceeded what we expected.

The staff were all friendly, especially the entertainment crew, and remembered our names. Special thanks to Alec, the hotel manager. You're a wonderful person, Alec. I'd go back to this lovely island and resort, and plan to. A couple of things went wrong during our trip, but management dealt with them promptly. Our ground-level room had ants, so they moved us quickly to a much better villa with outstanding views and gave us a 100 credit for the inconvenience. When my daughter became very sick with food poisoning and needed urgent medical care, the hotel arranged a free ambulance. The next morning, when I needed to go to the pharmacy for her medicine, they also covered some of the taxi cost. I would give the resort 10 stars. It exceeded my expectations.

We had a lot of fun here and would definitely come back. There weren't too many people when we visited in June, which I loved. The room was spacious and beautiful with a gorgeous view, and the pool was nice too. The drinks were great and weren't watered down like at other resorts. The food was good enough, though not amazing. On the beach there was a water slide, a water trampoline, and water hammocks. We especially enjoyed the trampoline. A bunch of water sports were included for free, though some, like the banana boat, only ran on set days and times, which was a bit annoying. We also took a small catamaran, big enough for four, with one of the bay employees, and that was very nice.
